Cost?

2 Hour Tour $59 per person plus tax.

Training?

Learning the control the Segway is very easy. We teach you how to control the Segway inside Station Square before we depart on the tour.

How many miles?

Roughly an 8mile glide.

Group Discounts?

Does your group contain more than 10 riders? 11th rider free!

Family Discounts?

We currently do not offer family discounts.

Shoes?

All riders must wear a flat bottomed shoe with closed toe or a sandal with a strap around the heel.
*Anyone wearing an open toe form of shoe is at a much higher risk of injury. If you choose to wear open toe you do so at your own risk.

Age limit?

Ages 14(Minimum) years old to 75+ years old. If you can stand, walk a little, be able to step up an eight inch step, and have use of your left hand, you can ride. Final age approval will be determined by the tour guide.

Weight?

Not a problem ! Jerome Bettis has ridden on our Segway twice ! Even if you're trying out for the team, the Segway can handle it.

Weather?

Our rain policy: " It rarely rains all day in Pittsburgh" we will make a final decision 1 hour before tour times if we need to cancel and rebook a new tour time & date OR We may move the time to avoid the bad weather. We work closely with our clients to make any changes comfortable. We do carry ponchos in case we get a sprinkle while on tour The Segway is waterproof, but we want to be comfortable too!

Cancellation ?

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour. This is extremely important for weekend bookings, where a deposit is necessary or for large groups during the week.
